Laura Cooper is the owner of Rustic Scoop™, which develops and manufactures baking mixes that are gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and free from the top 8 allergens (except coconut palm sugar). Her family lives with multiple food intolerances, food allergies, and celiac disease. Laura has spent the last 15 years cooking and baking “free-from” and has come to enjoy baking, creating recipes, and sharing them with others. After learning to bake bread in Africa and survive without conventional free-from options, Laura returned to her home in the states to share her knowledge with the community. Her passion is to teach others what she has learned and to have fun doing it.
