Sales Support Specialist

Customer Support Specialist

  • Assist clients with application features, and minor technical issues as they arise during a client’s use of the application.
  • Maintain close communication with client users, so a background in customer service and client facing support is paramount.
  • Strong writing and phone skills required.
  • Ability to research unknown issues and find potential solutions.
  • Candidates must have 2+ years of demonstrated experience of customer or client support roles.
  • Ability to think critically in resolving customer issues
  • Ability to research and evaluate application and formatting issues to identify and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, multi-task and adapt to change.

Technical Support Specialist

Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day operational and technical support of our apps including:

  • Serve as a guide and assist the client with issues and their core understanding of our products in order to determine: a) How to configure the software to meet the clients needs; b) How to identify, troubleshoot and correct configuration discrepancies; c) Identify and escalate issues that can’t be resolved via level 1 support.
  • To assist the clients, you will be answering calls, responding to online live chats and emails.
  • You will be using your technical and communication skills to provide a high level of personable customer service in order to maintain and improve client satisfaction.
  • You will working in a busy environment and overcoming challenges on a daily basis.
  • You will be documenting your calls and chats with clients, using CRM software.
  • You will be pitching in to help colleagues with any issues that may arise, i.e. particularly challenging cases that may require team insight and collaboration.
  • You will be taking on-the-job training in order to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and related technical skills/information.

Social Media Marketing Specialist

  • Craft messaging, create content and proactively plan social media that reflects our values and brand messaging to increase awareness of and engagement.
  • Curate trending content across the social media channels, especially with non-competitive content from high value media targets.
  • Turn our social channels into opportunities to engage with our community (customers, media, employees) and develop relationships.
  • Manage relationships with industry influencers with both targeted organic reactive posts and paid sponsorship campaigns.
  • Determine effective audience engagement by auditing and analyzing the competition.
  • Ensure external facing content is aligned with our core values, branding, and messaging.
  • Knowledge of individual social media channel algorithms and how to track keyword and hashtag performance.

Sales Representative

This position will work to grow our sales footprint, within the North America-US region.

  • Responsible for business development efforts, including research, calling, and emailing.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of target accounts to plan approach
  • Interface with key decision makers and senior leaders to uncover pain points
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demos to clients and effectively articulate value
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and/or strategic partnerships
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work in a face paced environment and makes things happen
  • Sales experience in technology SaaS
  • Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Creativity & Innovation: Generates new and innovative approaches to problems

Partnership Representative

We are looking for an ambitious Partnership Representative to join our Team. Within our partnership team, you will conduct research and use social marketing tools to foster, engage and nurture relationships with Executives and help match them to our product offerings.

It will be your role to engage with our Executive Level partners and prospects on an educated level, offering guidance and support; helping them to analyze and choose the events and networking meetings that best meet their needs. 

  • Conduct research to understand industry trends, market dynamics and complex corporate infrastructures
