Attendee data is kept highly secure – we follow the most stringent cybersecurity protocols. We never store credit card or other payment information. All of our servers are located in US-based data centers.
Showmetry events can be accessed by attendees on any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.) on any internet-connected device/operating system (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android, Linux). Attendees don’t have to install any software on their devices.
Showmetry comes with a fully customizable ticketing platform – shows that charge attendees can set up flexible pricing, bulk discounts, and more. Our ticketing engine can also be used for ticketing for the physical show during hybrid events.
